Mario is the owner of Claim Preparation Experts. He’s not a public adjuster, he’s just an estimator and he has really been able to carve a niche out in regards to just being an estimator.

This really amazing super knowledgeable guy is also a state-licensed appraiser and umpire and not only that! Now he has been awarded the title from a court-ordered judge to an expert witness as well! 🔝

He’s been in this industry for the last 13 years as an estimator. He does estimates all over the country California, Texas, Indiana, North Carolina, Florida. 🇺🇸

He’s also an expert that we have on our Commercial Claims Advocate Online Course that we provide! 👨‍🏫

We talk about arguments for different things and different line items negotiating with the insurance company what to put in and what not to put in, and the overall appraisal and umpire industry as well.
